Highly recommend-Especially if Ben is your guide

This excursion was a great experience! Rotorua was fabulous. Te Puia was a great way to learn about the Māori culture and history and see Kiwis. We followed it by the Polynesian Spa experience which was a perfect way to relax. We had plenty of time to soak, shower, eat and shop in the store area. The entire trip was made better by our awesome tour guide Ben. He was informative, but was such a fun, light and positive guy. Had to post the gem I found on my camera roll when we asked Ben to take a pic of us…he did take our pic too 🤣 Highly recommend.

Full day trip to Rotorua

We had a wonderful full day trip to Rotorua. Ben was our guide and he did a wonderful job, following up his customers professionally. If I could come with an improvement point I would recommend to have a bus with a bit more leg room, my long legs had problems to find a good position. Apart from that everything was fantastic!

The best of Rotorua!!

We had the best time on our tour with Grant! He was funny, respectful and super knowledgeable! Thankful to him for suggesting we had time to add on an extra activity. It made our experience much more enjoyable!

Great tour guide and a must place to see when visiting New Zealand.

The your guide is very professional. He explained everything about the tour and gave the whole group a suggestion for us to make a tour worth for what we spent for the day.

Amazing day

I had Grant as a tour guide and he is absolutely amazing! He made sure everyone was taken care of and on time for all of their activities. I booked this as a solo trip and he made sure I felt very welcome into the group. Thank you so much for the experience Cheeky Kiwi, you have a true gem!

A good introduction

A good way to visit the sites from Auckland for those with limited time. Our driver/guide. Alessandro, was informative and engaging. However, he was not involved at the venues themselves: we were part of a larger group for our visit to Te Puia, and left to our own devices once we had entered the complex at Wai O Tapu. The fact that different members of our group had signed up for different activities did mean that there was some wasted time shuttling between the various locations, which was a little frustrating.

Great one-day Rotorua experience

I am blown away. The trip was perfect, start to finish. Got picked up perfectly on time, Grant (our guide) was lovely, very knowledgeable and friendly, I felt safe in the car, and everything was organised on point. The individual tours were information-packed and well thought out. We had enough convenience breaks and got a lot of recommendations. All in all a top day! :) Thank you, Grant!
